Michael has been representing injured workers in the State of Washington for over 30 years. He is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He was co-counsel for an injured worker obtaining a recovery in excess of $2.5 million dollars arising from a third party lawsuit.
Michael has also represented individuals denied Social Security disability benefits for over 30 years.
After obtaining degrees from the University of Washington and Gonzaga University School of Law, Michael began his career as a Federal Law Clerk for the Chief Justice of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Washington before entering private practice in 1990.
